The International Centre for Energy Arbitration is a joint venture between the Centre for Energy Petroleum Mineral Law and Policy at the University of Dundee and the Scottish Arbitration Centre Our mission is to research attitudes and trends in dispute resolution in the energy sector, to facilitate debate and promote best practice, and to be a centre of excellence and a resource for those involved in energy dispute resolution whether as party, advisor, or tribunal member.
