FMLA Financial Markets Lawyers is an independent Amsterdam based law firm. The firm was launched by a group of lawyers with wide experience and expertise gained in private practice and in-house positions. The firm delivers commercial legal advice to Dutch and non-Dutch clients with a particular focus on (i) financial services firms, such as asset managers, investment funds, banks, insurers, brokers and other intermediaries, (ii) institutional investors, including pension funds, and (iii) financial markets parties involved in transactions on the financial markets.
