We are (most probably) the first organized elite group of independent software professionals on the Romanian IT market. We are all very experienced in custom software development, especially on the Microsoft platform, ranging from 10 to 15+ years in the industry. Through the years, we have participated in the full lifecycle of complex software projects, playing roles as varied as: Software Developer, Product Owner, Team Leader, and Technical Leader. We were also involved in Management, HR and Process Improvement (CMMI Level 3). While helping tens of Software Developers improve their skills, we also improved our coaching and training skills on specific technical topics (Unit Testing, Code Design, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, Software Architecture). We also challenged ourselves to speak publicly, with presences at various conferences in Romania and abroad. What sets us apart from classic IT Services companies is: • Freelancers need to perform at their best, all the time. By forming our group, we emphasize our core personal values: excellence, quality, teamwork and honest collaboration by complementing each other in our skill sets. Being fortunate enough to see many difficult projects in action, we have learned the value of delivering quality, from the beginning and at every step, instead of planning effort for bug fixing and creating software that is more expensive to maintain than it should be. We take pride in our zero-defect mindset.
