Africa Conservation Hub has been established to promote a vital, sustainable, climate-smart economy in Africa by combining development investments in infrastructure acceleration, property development, the rapidly growing wildlife-centred economy with investments in key supporting sectors. DFI’s, NGO’s and Governments play a vital role in creating an investment ready backdrop, however they often fail on implementation of these projects as capital is not properly consolidated into an impact development model. Africa Conservation with a robust treasury function, work closely with global impact development funders to align capital to projects and government / private sector partners and seamlessly integrate within a diversified investment program. We partner with Governments and the Private Sector on infrastructure and large scale mixed use property development projects as project owners, sponsors and developers. We provide access to development capital and manage the process and developments. The returns are reinvested in job creating programs in the local wildlife agriculture economy with social outputs in education and healthcare.
