FactorVeermans Role Play Actors are actors that can work in any situation. Every client has its own ‘business’ content. This content is what makes the business. The participant’s learning process is always leading. FactorVeermans BV was founded on 1 January 2012 through the merger of Factor Actors and training agency Veermans. Both parties have occupied a special position in the market for learning and training for almost 35 years. We work both in the Netherlands and abroad and are based in Amsterdam. Our consultants specialize in learning through experience. They fulfill the role of training actor, co-trainer, process supervisor and organization expert. In addition, we work closely with a close-knit group of freelance training actors. Our work is supporting organizations in development and learning questions. We research, advise and design tailor-made programs for our clients. It is our vision and conviction that behavioral and attitudinal development are strongly stimulated through experience and the reflection on this. Within a safe learning environment we use working methods derived from the world of theatre, gaming, simulations and organizational theory.
