Whether that would be supporting internal Talent Acquisition functions and MSP/RPO programmes or working with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers directly. Since mid 2018 we added an additional service offering to clients with bulk hiring needs. As a result of this we are also able to offer a consultant that can provide an onsite presence and work with your open requirements for a fixed monthly fee. Our passion is recruitment and our flexibility enable us to accommodate a client’s individual hiring model. Known for our extremely high standards of customer service and consultative approach, we strive to find the perfect match for both clients and candidates. The majority of Agencies will have the same access to Job Boards, LinkedIn Recruiter licences and candidate attraction strategies. However, where we differ is our knowledge of the Recruitment lifecycle, both from a candidate attraction and journey perspective to the understanding of the requirements and presentation of profiles to the client. All the while ensuring the continuity of existing delivery models and clients brand messaging. We appreciate that no two clients are the same and as such we are able to adapt our services to accommodate We are a small but flexible agency that is not driven by KPI’s, we are able to scale up if needed, build or complement existing dashboards and generally commit more time to every requirement.
