LION GROUP TRAINING CENTER (LGTC) is a PT. Lion Group division that has duty to provide training for all employees of Lion Air Group Company. Founded in 2004, LION GROUP Training Center has conducted thousands of Operation Training, Maintenance Training, General & Managerial Skill Training. Located at Warehouse complex Bandara mas Tangerang. Banten. Lion Group Training Center Operation (LGTC Ops) Offer Pilot Type Rating Course for: A 320, ATR 72-500/600 and B 737 NG It will have a capacity to offer training course for more than 1000 trainees annually, becoming the largest Training Facility when fully operation in 2020. LGTC Ops is housed in a 21.400 square meters' area was currently built for 3 buildings A, B, C with extension possibility for another 2 Simulators, Next Building D will be ready to be occupied by another 4 simulators for Simulator Bays, the rest planned and Dormitory and exclusive Parking areas. Currently Building A and B installed for 9 simulators and 1 more simulators in next 3 months include 1 simulator on Building C. When the Plan come to readiness the whole areas with Building A, B, C, D will ready to support 19 simulators.
