Paws & Relax (P&R) has been operating since 2014 to improve your pet's quality of life, as well as yours, with compassion, education and individualised quality client care. We offer safe off-leash doggy day-care, training and grooming all in a positive environment. P&R is an Official RSPCA Business Supporter (only Doggy Day care centre in Brisbane with this honour). All of our team are fully committed to reinforcing and rewarding the right or desired behaviours in all the activities we offer. These include: Day care We like to get to know each and every one of our visitors and that they have plenty of space to play with their friends. A human playmate is also in the playroom at all times so the dogs can have: • Off leash dog play with their friends • Basic manners (sit; stay, down, off, etc.) • Ration of 1 human playmate to 15 dogs • All the hugs and supervision they need. Grooming No more trembling puppies. Our groomers believe in ‘humanity before vanity’ so our guests grooming experience is an enjoyable and pleasant time. Our groomers offer: • Warm hydro baths - Shampoo specific to dog needs, Light brush and blow dry • Style cuts and grooming includes a warm bath, style and / or scissor cut and blow dry. • A bit of pampering of feet, nails, ears etc. Training From puppies ready to learn the basics, maybe an older dog looking for some cool new tricks, or someone wanting to learn more about their pet we can offer: • Prep school Puppies and Tweenies • Short courses (Calm Behaviours, Out & About, Fully Focused, Teach me a Trick) • Seminars & workshops, • One-on-one private coaching or in home Play Dates
