LUSEO opened its South Florida office in Miami in 2018 – to provide a dedicated presence for MEP/FP engineering in the United States and Caribbean markets. LUSEO's Americas team provides MEP/FP design of high-end residential, multifamily, commercial, restaurant, hospitality, and mixed-use projects. Our clients include architects, contractors, owners and developers. The LUSEO approach is different than that of other engineering consulting firms because our company is owned and led by real estate executives – which enables us to better understand and anticipate our clients’ business drivers, and in turn provide vastly superior customer service and project management during an engagement.
