JLV Industries Pty Ltd is a specialist manufacturing, engineering and maintenance company. Our specific area of expertise is cable belt conveyor systems. Our manufacturing facility is located in Harvey in the South West of Western Australia. From this plant we manufacture and distribute products around Australia and the world. Our engineering capabilities are supplied by Mechanical and Chemical Engineering staff and through strategic partnerships with specialist engineering consultants. Our Site Maintenance division consists of 10 full time steel wire rope splicers. These employees are experts in their field and attend to inspection, maintenance and change out of steel driving ropes or cables on cable belt conveyor systems. JLV is well positioned to be a customer's engineering expert when considering if a cable belt conveyor system is suitable for their application. JLV can assist with design development and system specification in conjunction with the contractor chosen for system design, installation and commissioning. JLV also manufactures aluminium idlers rollers with polyurethane bearing housings suited for conventional conveyor systems where corrosion resistance, low handling weight or low noise emission is a concern.
