Founded in 2015, the International Association of Hotel General Managers (IAHGM) aims to provide members with the necessary guidance and support throughout their careers and beyond through its services, industry networking opportunities, and a range of other resources. The IAHGM provides members with a complete benefits platform comprising: - medical insurance - life insurance - retirement and savings plan options. Our benefits programs are completely portable, removing the issues associated with a change in job or company. We have developed a Career Management Centre (CMC) providing members with a robust and independent evaluation and assessment process,enabling the creation of individual development plans, and professional candidate presentations - vital tools for assisting members to progress their respective careers. The Career Management Center will eventually be supported by a Center for Professional Development offering a raft of programs/courses, both online and open programs from leading institutions with industry certification for members to choose from.
