We really are experienced and accomplished navigators of the challenging paths that need to be travelled to arrive at the final building. Architectural design operates in a highly complex and continually evolving environment, requiring a uniquely distinct and developed set of skills and experience. Design solutions have to evolve within a dynamic, rigorous and demanding framework of factors: economic viability; National and Local Planning systems and Building Regulations; Sustainability & Environmental Standards, Ethics and Policy requirements; Community, Cultural and Diversity. Our Design solutions are crafted in the collaborations with our clients, industry specialists, local planning departments, local residents and stakeholders… not just on the electronic drawing board.
