Columbia University Engineers Without Borders builds a better world through engineering projects that empower communities to meet their basic human needs and equip leaders to solve the world’s most pressing challenges. In CU-EWB, students work closely with professional engineering mentors to design solutions to give communities basic access to water, sanitation, health care, and energy. We have partnered with communities in Ghana, Morocco and Uganda since 2004, and have successfully completed a half dozen projects.
