The Harvard Business Review published a study in 1999 that showed that only 25% of expatriates achieve the success expected by companies, while costing the company 2 to 3 times more than local employees. The study concluded that the issue of cultural adaptation is one of the main causes of failures in the expatriation processes. Therefore, our proposal is to qualify the international experience by making the adaptation process faster, more productive and happier.
