The January 6 Project is a nonpartisan nonprofit dedicated to registering new voters throughout the state of North Carolina in the run-up to 2022. Like millions of Americans, we were troubled by the Capitol riot's attack on our democratic institutions; it showed us that we can no longer take them for granted. At the January 6 Project, we believe that the best way to preserve our democracy is to shore up its foundations. The way to do this? Voting.
