We serve clients across a variety of sectors including utility, commercial, government, and some residential. Cost planning is a crucial component at every stage of every project. We can work on a very schematic level to help owners develop realistic project budgets in the beginning stages of project procurement, can provide 3rd party estimate reviews for projects already underway, or can provide detailed cost estimating services and evaluation of project cost risks at any stage for owners or AEC teams. Our principle Estimator, Banning Stack, has even developed a proprietary software that can help our clients with cash flow planning and management for long-term projects. Our president, Jessica Stack, is a registered architect in the state of TN with over ten years of experience in commercial architecture. She holds an NCARB certification, allowing reciprocal registration in other states.
