KB Wilde Consulting is a building services consultancy, established by two Directors (Ifor Wilde and Paul Broad) who believe there is a key role to be played by a consultancy offering large firm professionalism in a small firm environment. The Practice has its foundation squarely based on engineering design and on-site services such as inspection & verification duties. The Directors each have over 30 years experience working on many types of projects and sectors and have particular strengths in the retail sector where between them they have completed over 25 million square feet of sales floor area, in both new build and refurbishment schemes. Director Ifor Wilde and his Co-Director, Paul Broad, share a view of wanting to deliver a higher level of service.
