Sweat & Vent is founded on the power in working out and opening up. A platform that provides access to a variety of workouts intertwined with topics for discussion. Individual and group sessions will be offered where one can voice what is on their mind, all while getting in a calorie burning workout. It is made clear that I am not a licensed therapist, so I will not prescribe or diagnose -- I am simply acting as a sounding board. Because everyone deserves to be heard and should have the confidence in doing so.
