US Unlocked provides a reloadable card with a U.S. billing address that provides unlimited access to U.S. online shopping for non U.S. citizens: the US Unlocked Card. The US Unlocked Card is the only U.S. issued card of this kind offered to non U.S. citizens. US Unlocked was founded in 2008 with the express purpose of removing the payment friction when shopping from U.S. online merchants. In 2015 the US Unlocked Card program was acquired by Tern Commerce LLC.
