Urbal Architecture, PLLC was founded in 2010 and has grown to medium sized, award-winning architecture firm located in Seattle’s Eastlake neighborhood, and Portland. The firm’s success has been a direct result of the talent we have procured, paired with the service and value that we offer our clients. We have an extensive portfolio of residential projects at all scales reaching coast to coast. We are not particular to one city or region, but experts at navigating jurisdictional processes and code requirements wherever our clients take us. We take regional inspiration from each area we are working, reflective in the design aesthetic, and have a proven track record of success in the public design processes. We work in smalls teams, communicate effectively, and keep projects moving through the completion of construction. Our founding principal, Chad Lorentz, has 20+ years of experience in housing design.
