Founded in 1983, Réso asbl's mission is to develop activities addressed to people with social, professional, academical or financial difficulties. It concentrates its missions on Wallonia-Brussels Federation territory through 8 social agencies and 4 material offices. Social agencies are set up to promote the social and professional integration and reintegration of individuals. These activities are translated into a help for job search (writing a CV, a cover letter, active job search, coaching, training programs, ...), a support for social and administrative matters (administrative assistance, prevention, documentation, relay to suitable organizations) and a professional reorientation service (outplacement and inplacement). The material offices offer cleaning services, gardening, sewing, ironing, renovation work (masonry, carpentry, plumbing, roofing, electricity, ...), moving, social transport and communal kitchens. The conversion cells are also another main activity of Réso asbl. Implemented in case of bankruptcy, restructuring or mass layoffs, the cells are a Walloon measures put at the service of employees in order to reclassify them professionally. The association works for the non-profit sector, employs more than 150 employees and is subsidized by the Walloon Region.
