RHN is a one-stop resource center offering everything you need to be a successful, knowledgeable residential rental property expert. In an industry full of challenges, RHN provides solutions. Co-Founded by Sandy Adams who her real estate career in 1978. For several years she represented companies in the sale of relocation and foreclosure properties. After obtaining her brokers license in 1985, she started her own real estate business and began specializing in residential property management. Sandy served on the Board of Directors of the local chapter of NARPM, including past president, and has been their Legislative Chair for many years. Appointed in 2004, Sandy served two full terms on the Advisory Commission on Rents for the City of San Jose Housing Department. She has also taught classes for Project Blossom sponsored by the City of San Jose Code Enforcement Division. Sandy has been a very active member of CAA Tri-County Division, where she has served on committees, spoke on various rental housing topics and has volunteered for numerous political events.
