(AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell) is a Special Assistant Attorney General (SAAG) for the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) and has handled scores of road projects for GDOT involving thousands of closings and hundreds of condemnation actions. Mr. Weinstein and the firm also handle all types of real estate litigation, including quiet title actions, partition actions, boundary line disputes, disputes over easement rights, malpractice actions involving real estate transactions, eminent domain matters against condemning authorities other than GDOT, and various other real estate related matters.
