From its office in the busy shipping hub of Antwerp, GAC Belgium offers a range of ship agency, project logistics and dry bulk services at Belgium’s ports. GAC Belgium opened in August 2014 in response to growing demand for professional shipping and logistics support at the country’s ports and beyond. Our home port, Antwerp, is the second largest in Europe in terms of cargo throughput, particularly for liquid bulk (volumes of which increased by more than 30% in 2013), dry bulk and project cargo shipments (currently managed from Rotterdam). It is also an important hub for the energy sector and home to the biggest concentration of petrochemical industries outside Houston, Texas.
