Akiva is an independent fund and investment management company established in 2017. Akiva has been registered as an Alternative Investment Fund Manager. Akiva is bound by the regulations of the Finnish Act on Common Funds (48/1999) and Act on Alternative Investment Fund Managers (162/2014). The Akiva team has extensive experience in property funds and property industry since the beginning of the 1990s. Akiva’s aim is to produce additional value for it´s clients in a cost-effective manner. We manage investments professionally, carefully, and with a long-term approach.
