ValleyML is managed by ValleyML Public Benefit Corporation, a for-profit Delaware Corporation with a public mission: Advancing AI to empower people through leading-edge high-quality conferences and boot camp education programs. ValleyML Public Benefit Corporation is the authorized legal entity and signatory managing the ValleyML community as well as the collaboration with IEEE Continuing Education, and all the logistics related to the ValleyML events. Education awards for students and leadership awards for professionals would be handled by ValleyML Technology Foundation, a California non-profit corporation, whose mission is to use technology as the equalizer and strengthen humanity's shared voice through excellence awards. ValleyML Public Benefit Corporation and ValleyML Technology Foundation share similar mission.
