The E1B2 Collective: is a collective of brands and highly skilled, passionate, and driven professionals dedicated to changing the world of work for employees. We sit at the intersection of putting employees first with our focus and efforts around employee experience design and operationalizing our viewpoints helping prepare the next generation of great brands and people leaders. We do this by working with and speaking to the current workforce, next great startups & first time/up and coming people leaders. We don’t simply facilitate the change of the moment, we uncover the people who will lead and convert others to change and bring them into our collective to join forces and tackle the world of work! Dramatic and brave work must be done to reinvent the world of work and specifically, the experiences employees endure day-day.
