As a company policy we offer an in-house customer design consultation with a private designer for a fee of $1, 000, specifically this is for clients wanting to personalise current designs or custom designs. After a consultation, concept designs will be ready for clients within 7-10 days. Following the second consultation with clients, regarding all revisions requested, such as costings, specs and inclusions, can be presented to the clients within 48 hours. Once clients have accepted costings, a contract can be drawn up within 48 hours also.
