Since Charles 'Gunny' Wolf could hold a pencil, he has been drawing cartoon characters to inspire those around him, including 20 years in the United States Marine Corps, where he retired as a Gunnery Seargent. "After joining the Marines, I quickly realized my talent as an artist provided what I call SemperToons' Morale. Hearing the laughter from my fellow Marines and their families gave me the best feeling in the world. I never wanted that to go away." In addition to his legendary Sempertoons, he also draws a second cartoon called CorpsToons that supports the Marine Corps Base Quantico Facebook page each week. Both have become a morale staple in the military community for over the past 27 years.
