Central States Development, LLC was formed in October 1995 to synthesize high quality, creatively financed housing options for its clients and non-profit partners. CSDLLC is staffed and associated with professional, talented men and women who are experienced in addressing comprehensive development needs. With this range of skills, CSDLLC is able to seamlessly provide a variety of services. CSDLLC breaks the "traditional" limitations of financing with a more pro-active relationship with its partners that often entails more extensive involvement in the early planning stages of a project. Along with its partners, we identify available funding sources and provide the technical assistance to develop a project to meet the specific needs for each one. CSDLLC's mission as an owner/developer of market rate and subsidized housing is to provide high quality affordable housing to those in need. CSDLLC has developed efficient, cost-effective, low income, special needs, and market rate apartment communities. Our projects have included many types of apartment buildings including residential facilities for a detox center, homeless and near homeless housing, special needs housing, marketing rate apartments, affordable housing and historic renovated apartments.
