InBodied Living's mission is to inspire and educate people, especially those involved with equestrian activities, to nourish lives of wellbeing: living in health with meaning and purpose; training and riding horses with kindness, skill and joy; and living in a manner that supports conservation and sustainability. One-on-one life coaching, organizational coaching, yoga, meditation and community are the foundations of what we offer at InBodied Living. The practices bring one face-to-face with one's strengths and one's limitations, yet provide the tools to transcend these limitations - in both body and mind. The community supports one's practice. Whether the practitioner is an international level equestrian competitor or an amateur rider, a wildlife conservation professional or a student, a philanthrophist seeking direction or a business professional seeking equanimity, the practice helps one find clarity, intuitive wisdom and presence.
