NW Counselling Hub CIC

www.nwcounsellinghub.co.uk

NWCH was founded on 1st April 2017 by Naomi Watkins and Alex Parkin. As co-founders, they felt that there were gaps in the local community for supporting people’s mental health and wellbeing. They decided to create the Counselling Hub to aim to fill these gaps. Their vision was to provide a central hub to support children, young people, adults, families and couples within Lincolnshire. As a Community Interest Company, they know they need to give back to the community. They have support workers and counsellors who are trained in these areas to enable the best support for the communities they have identified. They do this by using the surplus from the training to fund these programmes for free, at the point of delivery. They support: Young people in abusive relationships, Young parents, Young people who have experienced sexual abuse or rape, Families who are facing cancer. Their Vision NW Counselling Hub CIC (NWCH) provides a central hub to support children, young people, adults, families and couples within Lincolnshire.
