Squad Security Ltd began as a branch of Squad Security Inc of New York in 2004. It became an independent company in April 2005 retaining Michael Sapraicone as its chairman with John Bullimore becoming the CEO in charge of everyday operations. Since 2005 dynamic growth at 20-100% per year has been obtained through diligent work on behalf of its clients. Its turnover is now in excess of £4million per year.
