Studio for Housing Design, LLC and its subsidiary Pucciano & Associates, PC are a design firm that provides architectural and related services specializing in multifamily, fitness and medical facilities, retail, office, institutional and Department of Defense contracts. Our Projects range from low income tax credit, HUD financed projects and conventionally financed, private sector developments nationally. The firm currently has offices in Atlanta, GA, Santa Rosa Beach, FL and Denver, CO. The firm’s in-house technical capabilities and our staff’s over 120 years combined experience in innovative design, enable us to be proficient while maintaining a competitive edge in our field. Our principal, Fred Pucciano, AIA continues to bring his experience and creativity to the design of all types of housing. Projects include multifamily, medical facilities, retail, office, institutional and Department of Defense Contracts. Fred Pucciano’s projects have offered a diverse experience, ranging from low income tax credit, HUD financed projects and conventionally financed, private sector developments nationally. Fred was the Architect for the first homes in the Army’s Residential Communities Initiative, at Fort Carson in Colorado, and has since been involved in the design of housing for soldier’s families at that location, at Ft. Langley Eustis in Virginia, Ft. Leonard Wood in Missouri and Lackland Air Force Base in Texas. Fred has been recognized for his efforts both locally and nationally. Four of his projects have received Pillars of the Industry Awards. Prior to founding Pucciano & English and now Studio4HD, Fred spent nine years in several Atlanta firms on projects ranging from Multifamily Housing to Schools, Laboratories, Rapid Transit Stations, Military Projects and Stadiums. Fred served in the United States Army from 1968 until 1974 and is a Veteran of the Vietnam War. Mr. Pucciano earned his Bachelor of Science and Master of Architecture degrees from Georgia Tech.
