WHO WE ARE • AMIGA stands for: Active Migrants in the Local Labor Market. • Since June 2013 we support international professionsl, graduates and students to enter the Munich labor market in keeping with their qualifications, develop strategies for a successful labor market integration while promoting dialogue with employers. • AMIGA is financed by the Munich Employment and Qualification Program (MBQ), which is operated by the City of Munich. The project is managed by GründerRegio M e.V. WHAT WE OFFER AMIGA Info Point Reference and Orientation counselling on entry possibilities in the Munich Labor Market with specific support offers. Appointments can be made via info@amiga-muenchen.de AMIGA plus – Events AMIGA cooperates with Munich Projects and Institutions that are keen to promote the intergration of migrant workers in the Munich Labor Market. AMIGA Infobörse Migrants, as well as counsellors can get information about the diverse opportunities AMIGA offers, in collaboration with its Cooperation partners to provide expert advice. AMIGA Conferences on subjects like: • Work Permit & Residency • Résumé, Cover Letter, Job Search • Starting a Company / found a business AMIGA JobCafés • Meeting space/Workroom for Job-seeking Internationals, Academics and professionals looking for a place to engage in professional conversations through friendly, personal interactions and group exchange. AMIGA Karrierebörse • Platform for professional exchange between qualified Job-seeking migrants with companies and organisations from Munich’s Scientific Society.
