TOOGETHER is a french Consortium of companies supporting gender equality. It is a non-profit organization that fights gender-based inequalities and promotes women’s rights through access to economic resources and equal career opportunities on the labour market. Its primary focus is to promote non-discriminatory practices between women and men at the workplace, in recruitment, career development, conditions at the workplace, pay, and to achieve a balance between the private life and working life, for all women. What makes us innovative is our ability to bring together members and contributors in French companies of different sizes and in different sectors of the economy. TOOGETHER is thus a frontline change-maker connected to realities of women on the ground.
