As a Consultant, I am well-versed in the realms of leadership development, strengths assessment, emotional agility and navigating life and career transitions. With over 15 years of experience as a certified coach and career transitions consultant, I have coached thousands of professionals and students in my roles in higher education and in my private practice. I am an International Coaching Federation Certified Coach and will complete my Professional Coaching Credential in 2021. I hold a Master of Divinity and Master of Business Administration from Emory University as well as coaching certifications from FLOW Coaching Institute and Conscious Coaching Collective.
