BCS Analytics was formed by Brett Wilson when he discovered that improving employee performance is a crucial business strategy for companies and Government agencies to survive and thrive in our new economy. Brett was able to leverage several long-standing business relationships and started BCS Analytics with consulting services for the National Defense University and with U.S. Corporate Education, LLC. BCS is a small disabled veteran owned business.
