"SamyakSmriti" means "Right mindfulness". The journey started with just an idea to start an online class with family and friends to stay fit and healthy during the lockdown time. But with God's grace, we got an overwhelming response and a large group of people joined in just 4-6 weeks. Then there was no looking back. The aim is to create accessible, easy to follow yoga classes that you can do in the comfort of your own home. Also to develop a discipline to practice yoga on a regular basis in your busy schedule.
