comcats was founded in 1999 by Nicole Hölzel. The company offers strategic consulting, marketing strategies, medium-sized business consulting and start-up coaching with 50-100% state funding. Nicole Hölzel is a certified start-up coach for the AVGS measure "Preparation for self-employment" as well as the funded start-up advice of the ISB and accredited consultant for the BAFA program "Funding of management consultancies for SMEs". The strategic advice is primarily aimed at customers in the technical and technological environment, IT, products that require explanation, trade, construction and real estate industry as well as health care and public clients. The medium-sized company consulting is holistic and can include the areas of marketing, sales, business organization, process optimization and finance. Here, comcats is often a problem solver, a partner in corporate development, as well as a mentor and coach for all issues in everyday business - including for small companies, sole proprietors and freelancers. We accompany our founders before, during and after the foundation. In Rhineland-Palatinate, the consultation is subsidized by the investment and structure bank (ISB) with 50% and by the employment agency and the job center as a measure to 100%. We support the STOP-OR-GO decision and the development of the business plan as well as financing and funding programs. A particular focus is on advising women, small start-ups and crafts (even without a master craftsman’s certificate), IT, creative professions and start-ups in the field of care. We support transferors, transferees and successors in the examination and further development of existing companies. We ask the right questions and develop a plan for the future with which follow-up investments and development opportunities are realistically recorded via a target/actual comparison. The advice is funded in the same way as start-up coaching.
