My name is Renate Ouweneel and I would like to take you on this inner journey. After a mountain bike accident in the French Alps, in which, I broke my neck and back and got severe brain damage. A 10-year rehabilitation process and search for energy, happiness and pleasure in life started. It was a long journey of discovering what worked and what not. With ups and downs. But what has it brought me so far. A life with much more peace, happiness, energy and a lifestyle that suits my wishes. I am now even fitter than before the accident and can enjoy all the sports I was doing before the accident, such as skiing, horseback riding and mountain biking. SO TIME TO SHARE ALL THESE WISE LESSONS WITH A LARGER AUDIENCE Because I wish everyone that they are not lived by a long to do list, but can listen to what the body tells them.
