The Blue Heart Foundation transforms lives, schools, and communities by providing youth from disadvantaged backgrounds with the academic support, financial assistance and leadership training to become first generation college students. To advance this mission, we offer HEART (Higher Education And Rising Together), a mentoring program built on Teamwork, Education and Empowerment. This enterprise develops student seeking admission to four-year universities by focusing on character development, volunteerism, personal and professional workshop as well as SAT/ACT Prep.
