InnoVationGirls (iVG.World) is a tech startup with the purpose of bringing equal representation for the new economy of the Metaverse within one Generation. The organisation is driven by its mission to equip 100,000 underserved women/non-binary ages 10-24 with the tech and the skills to be successful in the digital economy by 2025. iVG designs Go To Community (GTC) Metaverse solutions for Fortune 500 companies while providing real-time learning and immersive business experience that prepares underserved youth for the jobs of the future and the business of the Metaverse. Our USP is providing a design platform where we bring together young women, coaches, and corporate innovation teams to co-create innovations for the Metaverse that are ready to deliver to the broader XR user community. Our iVG.World members bring extensive experience and expertise in Systematic Inventive Thinking (SIT) in VR, 3D Design in VR, Game Design Thinking, 3D World building, GTC immersive design for the Metaverse. Our members have successfully developed immersive GTC Metaverse solutions for client companies like: Meta in partnership with Women in Immersive Tech Europe (WIIT), Procter & Gamble (Oral-B), General Electric, Fifth Third Bank, Kroger.
