Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIMA) offers Creative & Cultural Businesses Programme(CCBP), a six-month specialised programme for entrepreneurs in creative and cultural industries, with 15 days on- campus. Anchored by live business cases, this learning experience is for entrepreneurs who wish to explore new meanings of 'luxury', are deeply convinced about Indian heritage and wish to build strong, sustainable global brands and businesses that respect artisanal craftsmanship. OBJECTIVE An academically rooted training in management and entrepreneurship to understand the deep nuances of this industry in order to build meaningful and inclusive ventures at a global scale, an appreciation for the fresh approach to strategic thinking that is warranted by the sector. FOR WHOM If you have an experienced eye and a flair for lifestyle businesses, a desire and motivation to go global, and belief in Indian heritage, this learning experience will help you fortify yourself with management skills and a frame of mind to take on the challenges of scalability in creative and cultural industries. Class of 2020 begins on August 23rd, 2020. PROGRAM FEE Rs. 5 Lakh plus taxes (inclusive of boarding, lodging and course material for all three camps). This does not include the material cost of prototype development, travel costs and personal expenses of participants CCBP will focus on domain knowledge and management frameworks as well as financial and commercial aspects of the business. The end of the programme will be marked by a launch pad event where the final business plans and products will be presented before the industry and investment veterans.
