Imedge is an action-oriented learning platform for adolescents and young adults between the age of 15 and 30 years. We help our learners reflect, gain perspective, and act through experiential workshops, live projects, and mentorship sessions. We believe that the shackles of the un-employability problem lie in a lack of appropriate training and mentorship available to students and young working professionals. Rote learning has made us averse to practically apply what we learn due to which we are not ready to become a part of the workforce. Only 2.3% of the Indian workforce has had formal training in skills and less than a fifth of Indian graduates are immediately employable. We provide a platform for students and young professionals to not only bridge the gaps in their skill-set but also apply the skills learned in a real-life setting through our live project partners. We understand the innate desire for high performance and effectiveness to excel in life and hence equip our learners with the required life skills that complement their personal, professional, and social lives. With a reach across pan India and multiple industries, our team of training experts, mentors, live project partners is a blend of industry professionals. They come from top institutions and have varied experience across tech, marketing, finance, education, public policy, development, fashion etc domains.
