Metro Walls employs a full-time Safety Director who has instituted a strategic safety plan which includes educating and training employees beyond what is OSHA regulated to include establishing new safety measures like; Zero Accident Program, New Hire Safety Orientation Program, Crane Signal and Rigging training, CPR training, and the company recently installed an automated external defibrillator (AED) at its Manchester headquarters.
