Cesare Trucillo Spa is a roasting company founded in 1950 in Salerno, on the Amalfi coast, that produces high quality coffee under the Caffè Trucillo brand. Since 1980 Matteo Trucillo, son of the founder, has led the company through the combination of tradition and innovation, always reaching new goals and obtaining ever greater consensus. The family-run company has more than 70 years of history in the field of coffee with a distribution in Italy and a growing export share. Since 1998, the Trucillo Academy has been promoting specialization courses for bars, restaurants and hospitality professionals.
