International Performing Arts for Youth (IPAY)'s mission is to enhance the quality, availability and reputation of performing arts for young audiences in North America. IPAY produces the Annual Showcase for its members who are performing artists, presenters & managers or agents. The main office headquarters are located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The annual Showcase has been held in Pittsburgh, Tampa, Cleveland and Philadelphia.
