Monte Cairo is multi-purpose development that serves residential, commercial, office and hospitality purposes. It includes furnished residential units of varying sizes including hotel rooms and amenities, shops and retail outlets, a dining and coffeeshop area along the swimming pool, clinics and units open to various commercial uses including offices. Some of these stated inclusions are still undergoing development. The location of the project is on the upper part of the Mokattam hills, it is reasonably central and within easy reaches of all areas of Cairo.
