Mission: The mission of the Pennsylvania Association of Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services (PAPRS) is to promote a system of integrated and holistic services to support mental health recovery and freedom from addictions so that individuals achieve success and satisfaction in the living, working, learning and social environments of their choice.
